Mediterranean Salad

What does the first three letters of the word DIET spell?  It spells die and the T is for temporary.  This is one of the reasons we often fail when we follow a new diet.  We need to forget about temporary diets and instead think more about lifestyle. Come and learn about the health benefits of following the Mediterranean Lifestyle and ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your lifestyle with a focus for aging health needs.
