More than half of the 400 plus employees of the Rec Centers are Sun City West residents. We work full-time or part-time at a variety of Sun City West locations in a variety of positions, including supervisors, monitors, starters, custodians, managers, range ball pickers, golf superintendents, program coordinators and more!

Maricopa County Travel Reduction Program

Since 1994, The Recreation Centers of Sun City West has participated in the Maricopa County Travel Reduction Program as mandated by Arizona Revised Statute 49-588.  The goal of this program is to reduce single-occupancy vehicle miles and/or trips each.  All employees are encouraged to consider commuting alternatives which include: carpooling, biking, walking, electric golf carts or other electric vehicles, or working a compressed week (4 ten hour days).  More information is on the attached flyer or by calling the Travel Reduction Coordinator, 623-544-6104

Transparency in Coverage

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers.
