Sun City West

Since Del Webb founded Sun City West in 1978, our Association has become a haven for active adults looking for that special community that has something for everyone. From our seven well-manicured golf courses to our private library, bowling lanes, and top-notch pickleball courts, Sun City West’s variety of amenities add to the active lifestyle enjoyed by our nearly 30,000 owner-members. Add to this the abundance of special events, activities and clubs, and there truly is something for everyone! As a private resort Association, most of the facilities are off-limits to the public. Our seven golf courses and our bowling lanes, however, are open to the public, with some restrictions.
