Announcements
Lottery Request & Lottery Draw Email Issues
We are experiencing multiple issues with lottery requests and lottery draw confirmation emails and have escalated the issue to our vendor. We are waiting for a resolution.
Some lottery-related emails are being received by some members but not consistently. A member will receive the email for one lottery draw but not another.
For now, checking your Itinerary on the web portal and/or calling the pro shops (call center) to check the status of your bookings would be our suggestion. Emails generated from the tee sheet are being received.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
