I ask myself, with all the comments/complaints i read on SCW social media sights, why dont people go read the financials. Considering there was a pandemic, I was expecting the revenue in the many areas to be down drastically…no surprise about golf. Yes there were restrictions and new rules due to pandemic but I’m sure whatever the % of seasonal residents who did not return for winter 20/21 would be the factor for drop in revenue for golf.
I’m happy to see that salaries were not drastically affected due to slowed/shutdowns (covid) and that some were given opportunities to do much needed maintenance work. Again, thoroughly enjoyed read the financials and will do my best to encourage others to read and comment…good or bad. “If we want change we must learn and get involved”..

Does the FY 2021-2022 Budget appropriate funds to PORA to house and operate the former Village Store?

Hi John. No funds from the 21-22 budget are for PORA’s new consignment store as that is entirely operated by them.
