West Valley Genealogical Library Presentation

Come learn more about these resources the West Valley Genealogical Library has to help in your family history research. The R. H. Johnson Library is hosting a lecture presented by Pam LaFond, Director of Membership Outreach for the West Valley Genealogical Library.

The West Valley Genealogical Library celebrated its 50th anniversary last year and are very excited to share their non-lending library information. They are an affiliate of the LDS Family Search Library and have external websites: American Ancestry, Ancestry, Fold3, Heritage Quest, and My Heritage. Come join us to see for yourself what is available to you in the largest genealogical library in the state of Arizona.

Location: R. H. Johnson Rec Center Lecture Hall (19803 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd. next to the Sport Pavilion).

It is a free event open to all. Free tickets are available in the R. H. Johnson Library.

Pam LaFond is the Director of Membership Outreach and past 2nd Vice President of the WVGS. She and her husband Dave have retired from the USAF and Pam went into teaching for a few years before retiring for good. She has been working on her family ancestry for over 40 years and still has a few brick walls to hurdle before she is completely done.
