Feliz Navidad Holiday Special with Ballet Folklorico de Santa Maria

The Recreation Centers of Sun City West and the Spanish Club are proud to present Ballet Folklorico de Santa Maria who will perform their Feliz Navidad – Holiday Special at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, in the Palm Ridge Recreation Center. Doors for the show will open at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $7 and go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 10 online and at the R.H. Johnson Box Office. Popcorn, water and soda will be available for purchase at the event.
Spanish Club of SCW
The Spanish Club of Sun City West is partnering with the Rec Centers for this evening full of Mexican Culture with a sprinkle of Holiday spirit! The Spanish Club also will host the nonprofit organization “Valle Del Sol” at this event. Valle Del Sol will be accepting donations to raise funds for their organization. Valle Del Sol helps thousands of men, women, children, and families each year though primary and behavioral care, counseling, substance abuse treatment, support services, and leadership development programs.

Ballet Folklorico de Santa Maria
Ballet Folklorico de Santa Maria is a folklorico dance group from southwest Phoenix. The dance group was formed by David Carrillo on Dec. 12, 1981. The Ballet Folklorico is celebrating its 40th anniversary as a performing group. The dancers have entertained throughout the US, Mexico and Japan, have won 170 first place trophies in parade competition. The dancers recently performed at Universal Studios and Disneyland California Adventure Park. The group performs dances from different states of Mexico in beautiful authentic colorful costumes.
