2023 Santa Letters
October 2, 2023 - November 2, 2023
Christmas is around the corner, and the Rec Centers are ready to celebrate with the return of Santa Letters for the grandchildren of Sun City West residents.
Last year’s event was a homerun and the Rec Centers are excited to offer this holiday gift to residents and spread some cheer! The Events Department will hand out letter questionnaires beginning Monday, Oct. 2, and will collect completed forms through Thursday, Nov. 2.
During this time, parents and grandparents can pick up and fill out a quick questionnaire about each individual child. Questionnaires can be picked up at the RHJ Box Office from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. There will be a $2 fee at the time of drop off for each letter submitted.
Sometime in December, your grandchildren and children will receive a letter from Santa based on the questionnaire you completed. These letters will be postmarked from the North Pole!

Important things to remember
- Please fill out a questionnaire for each individual child, even if they are in the same family
- Please make sure the mailing address is clear and legible
- Please make sure your questionnaires are turned in by the Thursday, Nov. 2 deadline
- $2 (cash only) fee at drop off for each letter submitted
- No letters will be accepted after Thursday, Nov. 2!
