Our fitness orientation is a FREE informational session, typically one hour in length, that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. One of our certified personal trainers will show you how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selection on machines, and have a discussion of proper form on the weight machines.
These orientations will be provided every month for each of our four fitness centers. Sign up at your favorite Rec Center. Space is limited to 10 members per session.
