Put your golf skills to the test as RCSCW Golf Operations presents the Summer Shootout Series, Thursday afternoons from Aug. 6 through Sept. 10!

Alternating between Echo Mesa and Stardust golf course, this series is a weekly ‘horse race’ where you attempt to avoid elimination every hole from a field of 10 players. Read the complete rules down below.

• A 7-hole ‘horse race’ held every Thursday at 2 p.m.
• Field is limited to 10 players per week
• Play alternates between Echo Mesa and Stardust golf courses
• In a ‘horse race’, the entire field tees off and plays each hole together.
• The highest net score(s) on each hole is eliminated from the competition.
• At the 7th hole, the remaining two players tee it up to determine the weekly winner
• Chip-offs from pre-determined locations break any scoring ties.
• Weekly prize of $100 to the winner and $50 to the runner-up
• A championship round, consisting of the winners and runners-up from the first five weeks will be held on Thursday, Sept. 10.

What if you play and get eliminated? Try again! Past participants are welcome to apply for another week’s event.
