The R.H. Johnson Library 2023 Adult Summer Reading Program
The R. H. Johnson Library Summer Reading Program runs from Tuesday July 4th through Saturday September 30th.
There will be a weekly drawing for those who turn in a log each week. Each time you submit a weekly log you will automatically be entered into a drawing for the prizes. If you submit a minimum of 8 logs (during the 13-week period), you will receive a coupon for one free $2 book at the Friends of the Library Book Sale. Only one coupon will be awarded per eligible participant. The Library will notify you when your book coupon is ready to be picked up.

- What if I read only one book in a week?
That’s fine, list it on the Book Log and submit it. - What if I read more books than lines on the log? That’s great! Save those titles for the following log.
Remember Summer Read is a 13-week event. - What if I don’t visit the Library every week?
That’s fine, you can submit book logs to through the online form on the Library’s website (scwlibrary.com) under the Announcements section. - May I turn in more than one log in a week?
No, keep the log and submit it the next week. - May I earn more than one complimentary book coupon?
Sorry, just one coupon will be given to each eligible participant at the end of the Summer Reading Program.
Sign up by filling out the registration form either online or in the library. Registration will be posted on the library’s website and paper registration will be at the checkout desk starting June 19th. Please be sure to give us your current email address.
Submit your reading log to through our online form. Please recommend any books you feel others will enjoy reading and add comments on why you liked. Please report titles on the Reading Log only once per week (Tuesday thru Saturday). Any book, CD audiobook, eBook, or digital audiobook qualify.
