Partial reopening of Bowling lanes

Exciting news for Sun City West bowlers! Beginnig July 22, the bowling lanes at the R.H. Johnson Sports Pavilion have partially reopened. Everyday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., lanes 17 through 30 are available for bowlers to stop by and enjoy.
Come check out the new pinsetters and updated masking units.
Note: The Sports Pavilion is still awaiting the delivery of new pinsetters for the remaining lanes. Updates of their arrival and installation progress will be shared, when available, through RCSCW online media channels such as social media pages, website and Enews.

About us

Located in R. H. Johnson Recreation Center, The Sports Pavilion houses a state-of-the-art 30-lane bowling center; pro shop with fully-trained staff certified by the International Bowling Pro Shop and Instructor Association; and a billiards room with 27 pool tables, a billiards table and a snooker table. The Sports Pavilion also is home to Lizard Acres Pub, a friendly local gathering place serving beer and wine, with entertainment, electronic dartboards and more.

Lizard Acres Pub

Live Music, Karaoke, and Trivia Nights. Lizard Acres Pub is the place to be for a night of fun with the Sun City West community. The pub is located inside the Sports Pavilion at the R.H. Johnson Recreation Center.
