With more than 400 employees and 28,000 residents, the “Recreation Centers of Sun City West Inc.” is a complex service-oriented organization. It can be challenging to understand how our Association operates within the unincorporated community of Sun City West.
That’s where the TORCH Citizens Academy comes in. Our seven-session academy gives our members an in-depth and personal look into the Recreation Centers of Sun City West, as well as some of the community’s nonprofit organizations. There is simply no better way to learn about the myriad of departments, services and events that make up our Association and the community at large.
Whether you’re new to the community and want to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible, or you’ve been here decades and think you know all the ins and outs of our unique governance, we invite you to participate in our TORCH Citizens Academy!
