Come along as we head to the Southeast corner of beautiful Arizona for a three-day adventure exploring some of the state’s treasures. A few of the must-see sites include Tombstone, one of the last boomtowns in the American frontier, where the famous fight at the OK Corral occurred in 1881. Another destination will be colorful Bisbee whose origins came from mining copper, lead, & silver. By the early 20th century, it had become the largest city in Arizona Territory with over 25,000 residents. It went from boomtown glory to bust and these days it is a vibrant artists enclave that blends historic charm with creative energy. We will also visit Whitewater Draw and experience the breathtaking migration of thousands of Sandhill Cranes that come to winter in Arizona, filling the skies and wetlands with their unmistakable calls and graceful presence. Bring your camera/binoculars!
