Sun City West members and golfers are advised that the Rec Centers is unveiling a new online portal in the near future, which will affect all those who use the platform for paying dues, making tee times and placing lottery requests.
All current users (residents and public cardholders who have a public player number) must activate their accounts on the new portal; this is a simple process wherein each member, upon visiting the new portal for the first time, will click on the activation button, then respond to the automatic email they will receive.
Those who do not use the portal currently can create an account on the site. All users must have their own email address to use the portal; shared emails will not be allowed.
The official launch date for the new portal has not yet been set but it is expected to roll out in the next several weeks.
The Sun City West web portal, different from the regular website, allows members to pay their dues, check their statements, see their golf history, make tee times and place lottery requests. Public players will be able to book tee times through the portal.
Along with aesthetic and usability improvements, the portal will include a link and auto log-in to new scheduling software where members and guests can book a lesson or clinic with a pro or book time in the new Golf Lab.

Will we be able to modify or cancel a tee time with this new online portal?
Hi David. The captain will be able to cancel a tee time 24 hours in advance but they will not be able to modify the tee time on the new portal.
