Member guests using Sun City West facilities will be issued wristbands, effective Monday, Feb. 3.

The wristbands will serve two purposes – providing monitors with a visible receipt to show the guests have already paid; and providing the guest with easy access to subsequent facilities if they visit additional locations on a day they’ve already paid.

Additionally, the Governing Board on Jan. 23 amended its policy to allow members to purchase guest passes for not just the day of use, but for one or two additional days. This will also go into effect Feb. 3, and the guests will be issued one, two or three wristbands per guest, depending on how many days they purchase for. Guests must accompany the member on the day when the wristbands are initially purchased.

The wristbands will be color coded for the day of the week, and will differentiate between guests who are 19 and older, and those 18 and younger. This will ensure that if a member signs in their guest on their first visit only, as required by policy, the adult guests can return or visit other facilities in the same day without being accompanied. Younger guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult, whether it is the member or an adult guest. Those under 6 will not be issued wristbands as they are not charged.

Guest wristbands can be purchased at any of the following locations, using the noted payment types:
