Beginning Thursday, Nov. 13, the Recreation Centers of Sun City West will be moving over to a new court reservation program, YourCourts.
With YourCourts, members can book tennis and pickleball courts through their intuitive and easy to use interface. YourCourts is also available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, providing a mobile way to book your court!
Prior to making any reservations, members will need to create a YourCourts account using their RCSCW rec card number.
Account verification may take up to 24 hours. A welcome email will be sent to the email used to create your account once verified.

Reminder: Your RCSCW rec card number will be needed to make your account. You will need to enter it into the field labeled “Member #” when creating your account.
My daughter will be visiting and likes to play pickleball. Do I make a reservation for her using my rec card?
Hi Sylvia. Yes, you can make a reservation for you and your guest using your rec card number. Your guest will need a guest wristband in order to be at the courts without a member present. Please visit our guest passes page for additional info: https://suncitywest.com/guestpasses/
Suppose I just want to walk up and play, do I still need a reservation?
Hi Wayne. You don’t need a reservation to walk in and play on an open court. Do be aware though, that a reservation will take priority over a walk in when trying to play on the same court.
I tried to go onto the new court reservation system and it said that I do not have a valid email account.
My email has not changed for 13 years. Please advise as to what I need to do.
Hi Margie. If this is your first time attempting to use YourCourts, please make sure you are creating an account using the “Register” button on the login page. As you go through the process, double check that you are entering in your rec card number correctly as that is used to verify your account.
