Recreation Centers of Sun City West members will see a new Member Portal beginning May 4 when they log on to pay their dues or book a tee time online.
Most of the existing functionality will remain the same when the new portal first launches, but the upgrade paves the way for additional features this summer. One long awaited feature will be available right off the bat though; members will be able to go online to purchase “virtual gift cards” which can be used as online credit when they are paying for guests.
To prepare for the May 4 launch, members can start using the new weblink right away.Any old bookmarks or saved shortcuts to suncitywest.totaleintegrated.com/ should be replaced with members.suncitywest.com. Right now, that link forwards to the current portal. On May 4, it will rollover to the new portal. So members can start using it now and update their bookmarks and they’ll be all set for a seamless rollover.
The first time members log in to the new portal after May 4, they will have to reregister by using their rec card number to log in and create a new password. This is a one-time registration required to use the new portal.
A telephone hotline will be available closer to the launch. In the meantime, members can visit suncitywest.com/portal, where how-to information and additional updates will be posted as they become available.

Hello Karen. Right now, if you use the portal, you are visiting suncitywest.totaleintegrated.com. After May 4, that link will no longer work. To make the transition easy, we created a forwarding link – members.suncitywest.com. That link will take you to the suncitywest.totaleintegrated.com link until May 4. After that date, it will automatically take you to the new site. So, if you have suncitywest.totaleintegrated.com bookmarked or favorited anywhere, we are advising you to replace the bookmark/favorite with members.suncitywest.com because this one will work before and after the transition. If you don’t use a bookmark for the site, and you navigate to the portal by starting at suncitywest.com, then you can continue doing that and the transition will be seamless. Thank you.
