The RCSCW Governing Board is excited to announce a new improved version of BoardDocs! gb.suncitywest.com will now forward to our GovHub site!

The new RCSCW Governance HUB will, like BoardDocs, be used at all Governing Board and Committee meetings for agendas, meeting minutes and video broadcast sharing and will continue to act as the RCSCW repository for governance documents, including Bylaws, Policies and other pertinent governance- and Board-related information.
The site will be more intuitive and easier to use and will provide SCW residents with a simpler way to find meeting dates and times by calendar — both in-person or virtually. New system features will also allow residents to sign up to receive meeting notices in advance by email.
