RCN

The Rec Centers’ monthly publication, the Rec Center News (or RCN) is a great resource for members to stay informed with all that’s happening at the recreation centers.

The digital version of the RCN is published here the last Tuesday of each month. Check it out for all the latest news and interactive content. Physical copies of the RCN are delivered at the end of every month inside that week’s Sun City West Independent. Additional copies are also available at each RCSCW recreation center and the R.H. Johnson Library.

If you are not receiving copies of the Sun City West Independent, reach out to 888-665-3848.

Digital issues

The interactive bookshelf below will feature digital copies of the RCN, beginning in October 2026.

Click on a cover to open that issue of the RCN, and enjoy browsing through the pages. Interactive content will appear throughout in highlighted areas. The magazine style format is scalable for easy reading on desktop PCs, tablets and mobile devices.

Extra Content

Due to space limitations, not all of our featured stories can appear in full in the printed RCN. That content will appear here in an extended version, including full-length stories and additional photos.
