Amended policies:
Thanks for all the hours spent for this lovely community.
I am especially anxious for discussion on the CCR’s
meeting; talking with fellow residents, plus my own
experiences seems to indicate some needed thoughts:
Perhaps:
More uniformity among HOA groups
Established – responsive intervention when
needed

Hello, you know I am getting a little tired of everything going high tech. SCW is a retirement city and not all the retirement people are 55 to 70 years old.
There are people who DO NOT have computers, who have never had a computer and never will have a computer. EXAMPLE: I was at Sonora Quest to have a blood test and while sitting there three (3) people came in the office and did not know the first thing about checking in on the computer they have at Sonora Quest. There was a couple who came there and wanted to make an appointment, the girl at the desk told them to do so on a computer. They responded by stating they do not have or know anything about a computer. Than they were told to call for an appointment, and they stated that they could not hear on the telephone. After several minutes, the office person finally made them an appointment. This is happening all over Sun City West as well as other areas that are retirement. I am not saying that all retirement areas are like this. How else are people in the above situations getting the information about Sun City West? How are these people suppose to be able to function when they do not even own a computer?
