The Recreation Centers of Sun City West are excited to announce that beginning Wednesday, Dec. 3, we will be testing out two new services for our golfers at the Grandview Golf Course, Noteefy Confirm and the Noteefy Waitlist!
Designed to make booking and managing your tee times even easier, learn more about these services below.
Noteefy Confirm
You’ll now receive a quick text and email reminder before your tee time, giving you the option to confirm or cancel your spot. This helps the Recreation Centers of Sun City West with confirming attendance, filling open times faster and ensuring more golfers get a chance to play. Simply reply “1” or “9” to confirm or cancel — no calls or extra steps needed!
Noteefy Waitlist
Looking for a specific tee time? Skip the phone calls and refreshing — just add your desired times, dates, and number of players, and Noteefy will automatically alert you by text and email the moment a matching slot opens up. Check it out here: Grandview Golf Course Noteefy Waitlist
Both tools work together so our golfers can get more tee times, we can reduce our no-shows and make your golf experience smoother and more convenient than ever.

Why would we have two golf scheduling web sites🤬 This will cause nothing but confusion- WHY🤔
Hi Susan. We still have only one golf scheduling site for booking tee times at our courses, the Sun City West Portal that most golfers are familiar with.
The new services from Noteefy being tested out at Grandview golf course are just notification services meant to let golfers know when/if their preferred tee time becomes available. From there it can be booked as normal through our web portal.
