Members, we are excited to be kicking off the first of what will become an annual Member Satisfaction Survey. While we’ve gathered similar metrics in the past through various means, this new survey will be comprehensive and will be offered every winter to capture a consistent measure of what we are doing well and where we can improve. This survey will cover both facilities and service levels, and will span all of our facilities.
You can look for this survey starting Dec. 1. when it is sent out to all Owners, Associates, Tenants and Investors who are in good standing and have a valid email address on file with us. The email will come from “survey@suncitywest.com via surveymonkey.” If you do not receive your survey by Dec. 3, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If the survey is not there, you can reach out to survey@suncitywest.com to request assistance.
If you do not have an email on file, or you’re not sure, please send an email FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS you want on file, to the following address: membership@suncitywest.com. Please put “UPDATE EMAIL” in the subject line, and include your FIRST AND LAST NAME, and REC CARD #. Each member must have their own email on file to receive a survey.
For those who do not use email, please look for a link to the survey in the Sun City West Enews beginning Dec. 17. Hard copies for those wishing to fill them out manually also will be available after Dec. 17 at each recreation center, the R.H. Johnson Library and Member Services.
All surveys must be completed and submitted by Dec. 31. Paper surveys should be returned at the recreation center monitor’s station, the R.H. Johnson Library or Member Services.
The Rec Centers appreciates your assistance in filling out these surveys to help us improve Sun City West!
What to do before Dec. 1
While you wait for this year’s Member Satisfaction Survey to be sent out on Dec. 1, take some time before the end of November and make sure your email address on file with the Recreation Centers is correct and up to date.

I just completed the survey and, frankly, I thought it was a bit lengthy but I was happy to complete it. Some feedback: (1) I was hoping for a free form area to express issues that weren’t in the “check box” area and (2) if a person selects that they don’t golf, then there should a box to skip the next 3 sections about golf. Just a thought for the next survey.
Hi Connie,
Thank you for taking the time to complete this year’s survey! The input you and other community members provide through the survey is greatly appreciated as it will help us improve how we operate.
We’ve also shared your feedback about the survey itself with staff so they aware of it when it comes time to put next year’s survey together.
