The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the Recreation Centers of Sun City West invite residents to join them in an informal and neutral space to discuss community issues, build relationships, and drink free coffee. The “Coffee with a Cop” event will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Palm Ridge Recreation Center’s Summit Hall’s A and B, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive, Sun City West.
This “Coffee with a Cop” event will provide a unique opportunity for Sun City West residents to ask questions and learn more about how the MCSO department works in the community. Please take this opportunity to improve relationships between the Maricopa County deputies and community members, one cup of coffee at a time.

Great to have an opportunity to thank the Sheriff officers for their service.
Ask for increased officer presence and increased traffic violation enforcement. Emphasize that Posse can be the garage door enforcement, but real law enforcement is sorely needed
Have accurate and up to date crime statistics for SCW.
Have data on Suspicious Vagrant Loiterers populations, crime committed, including trespassing on private property including commercial and private property.
Have data on how many crimes, complaints are associated with Airbnb’s within SCW.
Will you please record these sessions. I think it is very important that we all know what is going on in our community. The good and the bad.
