Summer Notice: There will be no facility tours during the months of June, July and August due to the summer heat. Tours will return in September!
If you go
- All tours start at 9 a.m.
- To attend a tour, please be at the proper meet up location listed on this page
- There will be a good amount of walking, so please wear comfortable footwear and clothing
- Both the golf course and library/agriculture/metal shop club tour will require driving to different locations during the duration of the tour. Please have your own transportation available

New to the community and want to know everything that Sun City West has to offer? Maybe you would just like a refresher on what facilities and clubs are offered. Join Phil Dauterive during the month of May as he will be providing tours of all four recreation centers, seven golf courses, R.H. Johnson Library, Agriculture Club and Metal Shop Club on the following dates:
- May 9 and 23 – Beardsley Recreation Center. Meet in front of Arts and Crafts building
- May 10 and 24 – Palm Ridge Recreation. Meet in front of the pool building.
- May 11 and 25 – Kuentz Recreation Center. Meet in front of Stardust Theatre.
- May 12 and 26 – R.H. Johnson Recreation Center. Meet in front of Social Hall.
- *May 17 – R.H. Johnson Library, Agriculture and Metal Shop Clubs. Meet in front of the Library.
- *May 19 – RCSCW Golf Courses Tour. Meet at the Grandview Pro Shop.
All tours start at 9 a.m. and last about 1 1/2 hours, with the exception of the R.H. Johnson Recreation Center and Golf tours. Those last about 2 1/2 hours. To join a tour, arrive at the meet up location listed with the facility above at the 9 a.m. start time. No reservations are required, just show up for the tour that interest you the most! Meet at the Grandview Pro Shop. Tour will then travel to all the other golf courses in Sun City West.
