- There will be a good amount of walking, so please wear comfortable footwear and clothing.
- Both the golf course and library/agriculture club tour will require driving to different locations during the duration of the tour. Please have your own transportation available
See what SCW has to offer with facility tours this March
New to the community and want to know everything that Sun City West has to offer? Maybe you would just like a refresher on what facilities and clubs are offered. Join Phil Dauterive during the month of March as he will be providing tours of all four recreation centers, seven golf courses, R.H. Johnson Library and the Agriculture Club on the following dates:
- March 7 and 21 – Beardsley Recreation Center, 12755 W. Beardsley Road. Meet in front of Arts and Crafts building
- March 8 and 22 – Palm Ridge Recreation Center, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive. Meet in front of the pool building.
- March 9 and 23 – Kuentz Recreation Center, 14401 W. R.H. Johnson Blvd. Meet in front of Stardust Theatre.
- March 10 and 24 – R.H. Johnson Recreation Center, 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd. Meet in front of Social Hall.
- *March 15 – R.H. Johnson Library and Agriculture Club. Meet in front of the Library, 13801 W. Meeker Blvd.
- *March 17 – RCSCW Golf Courses Tour. Meet at the Grandview Pro Shop, 14260 W. Meeker Blvd.
All tours start at 9 a.m. and last about 1 1/2 hours, with the exception of the R.H. Johnson and Golf tours. Those last about 2 1/2 hours. To join a tour, arrive at the meet up location listed with the facility above at the 9 a.m. start time. No reservations are required, just show up for the tours that interest you the most! Tour starts at 9 a.m.
Meet at the Grandview Pro Shop. Tour will then travel to all the other golf courses in Sun City West.
Hi~ Might I suggest you adding the address of each Rec Center for the people who are new to the area and don’t already know where these buildings are? The map you give doesn’t enlarge to the screen and is difficult to see.

This is March facility tours and March is over. Might be more effective if the April dates were presented.
