INTER-OFFICE

MEMORANDUM:

Date:               January 22, 2018

 To:                  RCSCW Governing Board

 From:            Mike Whiting, General Manager

Subject:         Weekly Activity Report – January 22, 2018

Facility Projects:

  1. We expect to have the RHJ Library and Sports Pavilion Parking Lot Lighting Project completed before the ARC Auto Show.

Facility Maintenance:

  1. The ForeSite Representative was here to check into a hole under the deck at RHJ Pool which we thought might be attributed to an irrigation problem. We opened up the hole a bit, turned on the irrigation system but detected no leakage.  We kept the hole open, blocking it off from pedestrians, until we can determine what caused the problem in the first place.

  1. One of the filters at the RHJ Pool still has a small leak. The vendor will attempt to repair it for the third time.  If the repair does not work, they will replace the filter with a new one.
