To:                  RCSCW Governing Board

 From:             William Schwind, General Manager

Subject:          Weekly Activity Report – April 29, 2019

Facility Maintenance:

  1. We will need time to schedule the installation of new A/C units at Deer Valley and Desert Trails Pro- shops to replace units that are at the end of their life expectancy.

  1. We’ve determined that there is nothing we can do to repair the broken glass in the Green House at the Garden Club (per National Glass Company). We will work with the Garden Club to try and find a suitable replacement for the original green house as it has broken down beyond repair.

  1. We are working with an architect to generate drawings to have internal natural gas lines installed at Memo’s Bistro. This would allow them to replace their electric major appliances with gas.

Recreation:

  1. Join us for our SCW Talent Spotlight Grand Finale on Wednesday, May 8  in the Kuentz Courtyard starting at 11 am for two hours of fun!  A variety of your favorite entertainers from this year will be featured.  Call Phil Dauterive on 623-544-6193 with any questions.  Refreshments will be served; cookies, watermelon, punch and popcorn.
