1- We are aware the Pub was closed earlier this month for floor repairs, but it was never explained “Why” it had to be repaired or who paid for the repairs. Interesting since it’s all brand new.
2- What is the schedule for the upcoming Bowling Pin Setter equipment and other bowling related replacements or repairs in 2026? Is the equipment still arriving in April 2026?
3- Again- when will the signage on Sports Pavillion building and sidewalk sign be updated to show what is actually in the Sports Pavillion?
Hi Brad. Thank you for reaching out. Below are some details that we hope you find helpful.
The recent repairs to the flooring, which is the original flooring for that room, was for issues that existed before the renovation, but did not come to light until recently. Because it posed a safety issue, staff worked to repair it immediately. We recommend watching the Dec. 4 Properties Committee meeting (click here) as they discussed and went into detail on the flooring repairs. Jump ahead to around the 8 minute mark of the meeting as that’s when the discussion begins.
Upcoming bowling related replacements and repairs, including the bowling pin setter equipment, are still scheduled for April of 2026.
As of this moment, there are currently no plans in place for updating the outside signage of the Sports Pavilion.
