Why is the R.H. Johnson mens locker room so warm. I was there Monday night no air flow from the discharge diffusers .. Also the weight room air conditioning cycles from cooling to full outside air. That room does not maintain an even temp. I just retired from 30 years of HVAC. 20 years maintaining rooftop hvac for a facility just like yours. Also why are you not retrofitting fluorescent tubing for Led’s. Are there any rebate incentives for led retrofits.
