Our fitness orientation is a FREE informational session, typically one hour in length, that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment.

One of our certified personal trainers will show you how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines.

They will also instruct you how to adjust the seat height and weight selection on machines, as well as have a discussion about proper form.
