Virtual Presentation : “Thinking About Writing a Book?” by Sheila Grinell

As you begin to approach the book idea that has been at the back of your mind for a while, there are five things you would do well to consider before putting pen to paper. Sheila Grinell talks about developing a book concept on which you can act and answers questions on how to begin.

Presenter Bio:

Sheila Grinell spent forty years developing science museums, most recently serving as founding President and CEO of the Arizona Science Center. She turned to literature in her sixties, publishing a debut novel, Appetite, in 2016 and a second work of literary fiction, The Contract, in 2019. Born in a taxi in Manhattan, she studied at Harvard University and the University of California at Berkeley. She lives in Phoenix with her husband, Tom Johnson.
