A hit on social media will now spread their online fame to Sun City West!
The Recreation Centers of Sun City West are excited to present a pair of special February shows featuring the Quarantined Quartet at 3 and 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, in the Palm Ridge Rec Center.
Showtimes are at 3 and 7 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $30 per person for either show and go on sale at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, online and at the R.H. Johnson Box Office.
The Quarantined Quartet is a family guitar group from Brooklyn, N.Y., featuring Elysa and Jason Hochman and their two sons, Joseph and Noah. The foursome gained widespread recognition during the pandemic by sharing daily music videos on Instagram for more than 1,600 consecutive days. Their captivating style blends Spanish classical, flamenco, and world music, with a mix of original compositions and unique cover arrangements. As founders of the New York Guitar Academy, Elysa and Jason’s musical expertise is complemented by their sons’ fresh energy and creativity. Their debut album “Strumming the Earth” released on Oct. 25 with a dynamic sound rooted in tradition and innovation.
