Recreation Centers of Sun City West General Manager Stephen Erno invites residents to chat, share ideas and ask questions with the RCSCW management team at the Rec Centers’ monthly Talk with the Team sessions!
Designed to give residents a convenient opportunity to chat with Erno and managers from the Rec Centers’ various departments, Talk with the Team will be offered monthly from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Village Meeting Room throughout 2026. See the complete schedule for this year down below!
Donuts and bottled water are also available for free at these sessions.
Residents may drop by any time during these monthly sessions. This is an informal event with no set agenda or format. Just stop by and chat!

Village Meeting Room
The Village Meeting Room is located at the R.H. Johnson Recreation Center, directly next door to our CC&R office in the R.H. Johnson Arts and Crafts Village. If you’re coming from the portion of the parking lot along R.H. Johnson Blvd. it is directly past the lecture hall.
