Santa Letters
It’s never too early to think about Christmas!
Santa Letters are returning for the grandchildren of Sun City West residents this holiday season. Last year’s event was a homerun and the Rec Centers are excited to offer this holiday gift to our residents again and help spread some holiday cheer!
This year’s Santa Letters event runs from Monday, Sept. 15 through Friday, Nov. 7. During this time, parents and grandparents can pick up and fill out a quick questionnaire about each individual child they want to receive a letter from Santa. Questionnaires are only available in person at the R.H. Johnson Box Office (8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday).
There is a $2 fee for each letter due at the time you return your questionnaires to the R.H. Johnson Box Office.
Sometime during December, your grandchildren will receive a letter from Santa based on the questionnaire you provided. These letters will be postmarked from the North Pole!

Questionnaire Details
A questionnaire will need to be filled out for each letter you wish to send out as these are used to craft each santa letter. Questionnaires are only available at the R.H. Johnson Box Office during their hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).
Important Items to Remember
- Please fill out a questionnaire for each individual child, even if they are in the same family!
- Please make sure the mailing address is clear and legible!
- Please make sure your questionnaires are turned in by Friday, Nov. 7, prior to the box office closing.
- $2 (cash only) fee for each letter due when returning your questionnaires to the box office.
- No letters will be accepted after Friday, Nov. 7, as our elves must start working quickly to get these letters up to Santa!
