The Rec Centers’ Music on the Green series at the R.H. Johnson Great Lawn returns beginning on Oct. 2! Get your lawn chairs ready and join us for some great music throughout this slate of free shows.
Reminder that each show is free, no tickets are required. Shows will begin at 6 p.m. Make sure to bring a lawn chair for each show.

Puerto Rican Pete’s food truck will be at the Oct. 9 and Nov. 13 Music on the Green shows! Enjoy their great food while also enjoy that night’s musical entertainment. They will be located at the Member Services entrance from 4:30 to 6:15 p.m.

This talented Phoenix band entertains audiences with a unique blend of rock, pop, and country music.
Singer-Songwriter Dave Clark started his musical career in his original hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, America’s “rock city.” Picking up his first guitar at age 14, he hasn’t put it down since. Dave’s setlist covers classic rock favorites and deep tracks from the 1950s through today, with an emphasis on the “golden age of classic rock” (late 60s through mid 80s). It features crowd favorites such as Led Zeppelin, Journey, The Beatles, Who, Eagles, Doors, Billy Joel, ELO, Pink Floyd, Queen, Styx, CSN&Y, Asia, Bon-Jovi, Badfinger, Thin Lizzy, REO Speedwagon, Tom Petty, Cheap Trick, Bryan Adams, Boston, The Cure, Duran Duran, Gin Blossoms, Goo Goo Dolls, J. Geils, Steve Miller, BOC, Elvis, Billy Squier, Alice Cooper, many more.
