Meditation Class
This is an active meditation introduction class. Learn how to use meditation to improve your life, relationships, and manifest the things you want. Kasara is a retired Mental Health counselor and has been studying meditation since 2002 and teaching since 2015.
It is recommended to bring a water bottle for the class.
