Our fitness orientation is a FREE informational session, typically one hour in length, that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. One of our certified personal trainers will show you how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selection on machines, and have a discussion of proper form on the weight machines.
Sessions are limited to 10 members so please sign up at your fitness room of choice to reserve a spot.
