Most of us know how important good, refreshing sleep is to our alertness and mood. But did you know it’s also important for your health? Research has linked poor sleep to stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and even Parkinson’s disease. The conversation will be hosted in two parts.

While not required, you are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions to engage with both experts on how to improve your sleep to preserve and protect your brain health!
