The Recreation Centers of Sun City West is advising residents about some upcoming closures that will affect Administrative Offices, including Membership, Tours & Scheduling, Box Office, Governing Board and Human Resources, as new carpeting is being installed at the R.H. Johnson location.
Members are asked to plan ahead if they need to conduct business with any of these departments, including paying their dues, putting member credit on their account, renewing their golf cards, purchasing tickets, reserving rooms, or applying for employment.
The carpeting, which is about a decade old, is being replaced in phases in order to keep most of the Administration area open at all times. However, due to the rolling closures as the project progresses through the building, as well as the clutter and movement of the work crews, members are asked the avoid the offices as much as possible during this time. Digital resources will be available as staff are relocated.
The closures will be as follows:
- Member Services, Box Office, Tours & Scheduling: closed Sept. 8-9
- Governing Board office, General Manager/Executive offices: Sept. 15-16
- Public Relations, Human Resources, Finance: Sept. 22-23
Members are encouraged to use the online portal (https://suncitywest.totaleintegrated.com) to pay dues. Checks may be left in the secure drop box at the front gate of the Member Services entrance. This will be checked frequently and dues will be entered by staff who are working in a nearby office; however there will be no walk-in service.
The entire project will be completed by Sept. 26. We thank our members in advance for their patience during this work.
