Glad to see our dues are spent wisely…nice job!
What are the plans to redo the surface at the RH Johnson pool once again. It was just resurfaced this last year and was under warranty. However, the same problem exists with the crumbling of the surface material. Is it still under warranty. Also, the small blue mosaic tiles around the fountain areas of the pool are falling off. This needs to be addressed before it gets any worse. I doubt that it is still under warranty.
Hi Anna. The RHJ pool decking is still under warranty and our staff is currently scheduled to meet with the vendor next Thursday and Friday, June 12 and 13, to review, discuss and schedule repairs for the deck.
A cleaning of the pool’s fountain areas is currently scheduled for late July.
I’d like to suggest your going to a Y or some of the resorts. ( The Princess, The Point, YMCA)
Ask them what surface, Not slippery; color works the best and lasts the longest
Ask which vender they used – did vender work well? Cost?
Those ppl should have it all figured out by now.
What is being done at the social hall that it is closed for 18 days ??
Hi Jerry. Staff will be performing their annual sanding and sealing of the social hall’s hardwood flooring during that closure time. We’ve updated the info on this page to include that info for both the RHJ Social Hall and the Palm Ridge Summit Hall.
I hope part of the cleaning is steam cleaning or deep cleaning the restroom floor tile at Beardsley. It is quite discussting. I think it gets mopped all of the time but at this point they are just mopping the grime around
